Ceremonial Grade Matcha 50g
Matcha is the most premium variety of Japanese green tea leaves that are ground into a fine powder. While other green teas are grown throughout the world, only authentic matcha is unique to Japan. Matcha is special in two ways: farming and processing. The green tea plants are shade-grown for three to four weeks before harvest and the stems and veins are removed during processing.
Leaves House Matcha is freshly ground, packed, and shipped directly from Uji, Kyoto, the birthplace of Japanese Matcha. This is how the quality and freshness of the product is guaranteed.
Japanese Matcha is like wine meaning there are different grades. This includes the overall quality, aromas, texture, and nuances of this bright green powder. Leaves house matcha is ceremonial grade. This means that it is high in quality and has a sweeter and delicate taste, perfect for the traditional preparation.
