1. What was it that first attracted you to the world of fitness?

I have lived, breathed and slept health and wellness since I was 6 years old in Texas. It has always been a part of my life.

2. Many people are turning away from terms such as healthy and opting for words like “wellness”. What does “wellness” mean to you?

Wellness means living in health and whatever aspect that means to you.

3. Tell us about Bodylicious! What makes it different from other workout classes?

Building strength, confidence and beauty through a powered up dynamic workout, clients leave feeling supercharged both mentally and physically. Bodylicious incorporates a variety of explosive, plyometric and aerobic movements choreographed to only the best beats. The workout program is tailored to bring you closer to your fitness and "fierceness" goals.

4. What was it like seeing yourself in Sports Illustrated?

It was surreal, more like a bucket list scratched off for me.

5. We often see you use your platform to advocate for women's health or mental health organizations. Why do you think it’s important to use your platform to do so?

We are nothing without supporting each other and speaking up for those who may not be able to. Anyway I can be of service and use my platform, I will.

6. What do people get wrong when it comes to their workout routine?

Nothing at all, any kind of movement is good. So get moving and start feeling better.

Just start. That is all, just start.

8. What does a cheat day look like for you?

I don't believe in cheat days, I believe that you just need to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
